The consistent red fruit and blossoms in this rosé from Château Val Joanis have made it a bit of a tradition here at Vintages: it has appeared on our shelves every summer since 2003. A fine and finessed sipper, this is also a serious rosé with the structure and texture to pair with everything from shellfish to salmon, barbecued chicken or grilled pork ribs. |
