LA RIVIERA |
Bright very pale salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, fresh ripe melon-apple puree nose with some slight leesy notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, attractive, ripe plum-apple-raspberry flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked finish. This tasty blend of Grenache and Cinsault has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |

TASTING NOTE: This wine is made from Grenache and Cinsault naturally grown without the use of industrial herbicides or insecticides. Beautiful aromas of spring meadow, apricot and nectarine paint a vivid picture and echo nicely in the flavours. The palate is tangy and bright with a lovely, smooth texture enlivened by a slight petillance. Chill and sip with grilled seafood or herbed chicken. (VINTAGES panel, May 2017) |
