Crafted using the appassimento method, this blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay will deliver richly flavoured and concentrated notes of strawberry, cherry, raspberry and watermelon. Unique and complex, this will be a fine match for burgers, grilled salmon, grilled pork or barbecued ribs. |
