Light golden amber colour. Intense, slightly spicy, fairly honeyed, mineral-tinged, fairly honeyed, ripe plum-caramel purée nose. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, intense, ripe, harmonious, spicy, attractive, ripe lemon-melon-caramel flavours with a lingering, smooth, slightly toasty, honeyed finish. Has 50% alcohol.
