A Best Buy
Crafted from organic grapes grown using biodynamic practices, this is 100% Bobal: a grape that may be new to you but has been around since the 15th century and is Spain's second-most planted red grape after Tempranillo. Dark-skinned and native to Spain's southeast, its impressive acidity adds lift and freshness when used in blends, while its structure and concentrated fruit flavours add complexity and depth. You can expect this to be textured and rich with impressive red cherry tones. It will be a fine match for grilled salmon steaks. Price $ 17.95
