Bright very light salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, ripe apple puree nose with some plummy notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, quite well structured, very slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple-cherry flavours with a very crisp unoaked, high acid finish. Ready-to-drink.
