OGIER VENTOUX ROSÉ 2016 AC Ventoux |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
OGIER |
Very bright light pink colour. Fresh, vibrant, wild strawberry nose with some mineral-tinged hints of violets. Dry, medium-light bodied, fairly spicy, somewhat tangy, fresh raspberry-strawberry flavours with a lingering, very crisp finish. Perfect for a Mother's Day brunch, especially with salmon. It has 13.5% alcohol and only 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1011405-7030X on the capsule and a screwcap closure. |
