|
The Pinot Grigio grapes used to craft this rosé are hand picked and allowed to hang longer than those used to produce the white version. This increases the grapes' physiological ripeness - responsible for the development of colour, tannin and flavour concentration. This will be a floral wine with touches of citrus fruit and herbs. A rosé to enjoy tonight; try it with seafood. |
