Very bright day-glo salmon pink colour. Spicy, dry, ripe apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, effervescent, spicy, ripe red apple puree flavours with a very crisp unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 12% alcohol and 13 g/L residual sugar.
