Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2016 National Wine Awards of Canada. TASTING NOTE: A very classy Blanc de Blanc with an intriguing nose of baked apple, citrus and grilled nuts which gives way to fine bubbles and vivid acidity. Delicate but concentrated citrus notes on the palate and finish with a long toasty finish. Tasted blind at NWAC June 2016. Score - 91 (Janet Dorozynski AIWS, Ph.D., winealign.com, July 15, 2016) |
