TASTING NOTE: Fresh and lively with orange citrus blossom, peach, pear and apricot and enough bright acidity to balance the residual sweetness. A nice match with pannacotta, fruit desserts and dark chocolate. (Gurvinder Bhatia, The Edmonton Journal, Jan. 26, 2016) |
