TASTING NOTE: Spice and red berry fruit aromas introduce this Cabernet Franc/Pinot Noir/Merlot blend of lighter styled, Niagara Rosé. It cuts across the palate crisp and refreshing with flavours of pomegranate, pie cherry and ripe strawberry. It's light-medium bodied with texture and a dry, refreshing aftertaste. Pour on its own or pair with grilled or oven-baked salmon or grilled pork cutlets. Score - 4 out of 5 stars (Vic Harradine, winecurrent.com, April 30, 2016) |
