TASTING NOTE: This traditional method sparkling Riesling with a lifted nose of apple, lemon and very lightly bready aromas. It's light bodied, taut and lemony on the palate - very bracing and clean, with lively effervescence. Some lemony bitterness in the end. Very good length. Racy to say the least. Tasted February 2016. Score - 88 (David Lawrason, winealign.com, Mar 26, 2016) |
