TASTING NOTE: Made in the saignee method with Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Merlot, this juicy, fruit-forward wine offers sweet-kissed strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate and a hint of underbrush. Nice mix of gravitas and fun here. Pair with chicken fajitas, charcuterie or Thai noodle salad. (VINTAGES panel, March 2016) |
