TASTING NOTE: Pale straw in colour, this sparkling wine has a lemon citrus nose that later on becomes more peachy on the palate and joins crisp apple and pear, with toasty notes and moderate mousse. As suggested by the producer, match with puff pastry, fruit desserts, fish, poultry or seared foie gras. (VINTAGES panel, July 2015) |
