TASTING NOTE: The 2011 growing season was cool, which allowed for a long, slow evolution in the grapes, creating excellent flavour concentration and freshness. The nose of this sparkling wine has a touch of hay atop the bread dough, dried flower and ripe fruit notes. A great choice for seafood or chicken dishes. (VINTAGES panel, May 2015) |
