TASTING NOTE: A spectacular nose of sherry aromas, including brine, cured olives, leather and nuts. The oily and waxy texture leads to a complex palate, which reveals tastes of dark bitter chocolate, vanilla bean, smoke and sherry. The finish lingers forever. A dry, rich and intricate whisky. Score - 96 (Ultimate Spirits Challenge, 2013) |
