Ardbeg is regarded as the most heavily peated and smoky of Islay's whiskies, with characteristic smoke, sea salt, citrus and vanilla notes that linger long and gratifyingly. The Perpetuum is Ardbeg's special bottling created to celebrate the distillery's 200th anniversary and stands not only as a testament to the enduring legacy of traditionally styled Islay Scotch but also as a promise of great things to come. |
