| Named for the tallest mountain in Scotland as well as for the still active distillery which sells single casks to independent bottlers, such as Signatory. The independent bottler ages the casks in their cellars and releases them when they feel they are ready. This Signatory-bottling was aged nine years in sherry cask and was bottled in June 2000. |
