Tasting note: House style: lightly peaty, flowery, fragrant, spicy. Aperitif in younger ages. Digestif when older. Colour: full gold. Nose: good whiff of earthy peat, oily smoke. Very aromatic. Body: medium rich. Palate: very gradual development from malty, licorice-like rooty nose through heathery, flowery, perfumy smokiness. Full of character. Finish: very long, spicy, warming.
