TASTING NOTE: This whisky has a beautifully seductive salmon-pink twinkle. It has lively aromas of red berry fruits and the full-on sweetness of tawny port, but not to excess. Here the once gentle Glencadam wears the mask of a rather large bear a bear that dances en pointe and on ice. (Isabel Graham-Yooll, 1001 Whiskies You Must Taste Before You Die, 2012) |
