Peter Zemmer is one of the Italian producers from the cool North who is sparing no detail in producing exceptional Pinot Grigio. He grows his vines on prime sites, reduces yields during the year and again on the sorting table, and then slowly ferments his wines in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to achieve fine balance and optimum freshness. Enjoy with seafood chowder. |
