Day-glo yellow amber colour. Intense, very peppery, stewed plum nose with lots of bitter vanilla notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, quite well structured, plummy-caramel flavours with slightly honeyed, very faintly smoky notes on the lingering finish. Not as good as when it last appeared in Vintages (**+/***) on December 5, 2009 at $69.95 and was Recommended. CSPC 142182
