| Medium amber colour. Slightly spicy, ripe plum-prune nose with some vanilla stick notes. Quite dry, slightly spicy, harmonious, plummy-date flavours with slightly honeyed, lingering, caramel-tinged finish. A tad on the spicy side for me. Last appeared in Vintages (**) on November 8, 2008 at $74.95. |
