This blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia has a slightly ambering deep red colour. Dusty, herbal, dried spicy plum and burnt toast nose. Firm, dry, slightly tart, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, stewed plum and canned tomato flavours with bitter hints of burnt toast on the finish. Second bottle showed more fruit (**). |
