Fairly deep amber in colour. Complex, sweet, nutty, raisiny, honeyed, buttered toast nose. Slightly sweet with some refreshing, faintly salty, dried ripe plum, lemon and caramel flavours. Great length - perfect slightly chilled by the glass with appetizers. |

This amber-coloured Oloroso Sherry is a great match for salted nuts, olives, tapas, dried fruit or raw vegetables with dip. The aromas suggest a multitude of dried fruits. In the mouth it is dry, elegant and quite silky. |
