A Vintage Assessments Explorer's Selection! |
Aged in American and French oak (one third new) for 14 months, this Merlot displays aromas of ripe black cherry and blackcurrants along with cedar and herbal notes that replay beautifully on the palate and culminate in a long, spicy finish. Enjoy this lovely red with roasted red meats or, better yet, try it with Quebec's famous chèvre noir. |
