Fairly deep amber colour. Slightly peppery, plum-prune nose. Quite dry, slightly spicy, prune, plum and date flavours with a slightly honeyed, smoky, peppery finish. Not rated as high as previous November 26, 2005 release. |

Small and mighty. Edradour is the tiniest distillery in Scotland. It is so small that it is only able to produce 12 cases a week, so any bottling available in our market is a relatively rare occurrence. A fascinating piece of history is also attached to the place. Supposedly, during the US Prohibition (1920-1933) years, the property was owned and operated (through smoke and mirrors) by the mafia. Michael Jackson describes the house style as “Spicy. Minty.
