Medium light yellow colour. Attractive, very elegant, gently honeyed, slightly spicy, plum jam nose with hints of caramel. Elegant, slightly spicy, very bright, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a hint of caramel on the finish. |

Tasting note: Nose: Rich heavy, shows maturity. Floral notes (violet/pot pourri) and spices (ginger, allspice, nutmeg, candied peels). Oily; floor polish, sandalwood. Palate: Lively. Fruit, sweet spices and oak pool in the centre. Big with a silky/oily mouthfeel. Finish: Cocoa butter. Long. Comment: A cracker, typical of old (and older style Speysides).
