| PINOT NOIR ESTATE GROWN 2023 VQA Beamsville Bench, Niagara Peninsula |

CAVE SPRING |
| This Vintages Essential is now $19.95 with a $2 LTO until January 4. The new 2023 is 100% Pinot Noir and is still youthful with a medium garnet red colour and a bright, faintly spicy, fresh, plum-raspberry-crancherrry nose with some minerally, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, fresh, bright, red-cherry-raspberry-plum fruit flavours with a lingering, faintly savoury, tangy finish. A perfect match with a holiday turkey, it has 12.5% alcohol and 2.5 g/L residual sugar with 5.6 g/L total acidity. Aged for 12 months in neutral oak, iit is unfiltered and should evolve nicely over the next few years. |

| TASTING NOTE: Sourced from limestone-clay soils in a hillside site moderated by Lake Ontario breezes, this floral, aromatic wine shows deftly articulated cherry, spice, earth and mineral. This is a great example of Niagara Pinot that will reward some cellar time. Pair it with duck breast, grilled salmon or mushroom burgers. |
