| Bright fairly deep intense purple colour. Intense, spicy, ripe, plum-cassis-black-cherry nose with some mineral-driven, faintly savoury, refined, cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured,intense, attractive, ripe, plum-cassis-black-cherry flavours with a lingering, very bright, fairly cedary, mineral-tinged finish. This 12.6% alcohol new blend of 50% Merlot, 29% Malbec, 17% Cabernet Franc and 4 Cabernet Sauvignon are all organically grown and aged for 20 months in French oak (42% new, 13% 3rd and 45% neutral). It has under 1 g/L residual sugar and has not been fined and/or filtered. It has 6.4 g/L total acidity with lot number L25123 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
