Bright light yellow colour with an abundance of fine effervescence, Attractive, elegant, slightly spicy, gently toasty, fairly complex, fresh, ripe, wintermelon-pear-lemon-apple fruit on the nose. Dry, medium bodied, bright, lively, harmonious, fairly rich, creamy, ripe, melon-pear-red-apple-lime flavours with a lingering, crisp, very nicely textured finish. Quite ready-to-drink, it will go well with anything! The base wine is a blend of 89% Pinot Noir, 7% Pinot Meunier and 4% Chardonnay that come from 6 different vintages. It was aged in neutral French oak before being tiraged on September 13, 2018 and then disgorged on September 6, 2023 (lot number 3248 on the lower part of the glass bottle) with a dosage of only 1 g/L residual sugar. Showing beautifully today, only 330 bottles are available. CSPC 47776
