SAUVIGNON BLANC 2023 Marlborough, South Island
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer SUNDAY SAIL
Bright extremely pale straw colour. Intense, fresh cut grass aromas with some pithy, dried lemon peel notes. Dy, medium-light bodied, extremely crisp, grassy, youthful, lemon, yellow apple, grapefruit peel flavours with a lingering, somewhat savoury, minerally finish. May need additional time in bottle to open it up or perhaps some decanting. Breathing definitely helps. It has 13% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L250324. CSPC 22850
