| Bright extremely pale straw colour. Intense, fresh cut grass aromas with some pithy, dried lemon peel notes. Dy, medium-light bodied, extremely crisp, grassy, youthful, lemon, yellow apple, grapefruit peel flavours with a lingering, somewhat savoury, minerally finish. May need additional time in bottle to open it up or perhaps some decanting. Breathing definitely helps. It has 13% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L250324. |

| TASTING NOTE: This fresh, mouth-watering Sauvignon Blanc touches all the Marlborough bases. It has nice weight and a food-friendly texture, with rich tropical fruit, generous passion fruit and guava atop savoury herbs and a pinpoint minerality. Drink it by the end of 2026. |
