RASTEAU 2023 AOP
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LA CHEVALIÈRE
It has a medium-deep purple colour and a bright, fresh, lively, fruit-driven nose with lots of ripe plum-raspberry-cassis fruit. Dry, medium bodied, well balanced and nicely textured with gently complex, ripe, Damson-plum-cassis-raspberry flavours that linger perfectly on the palate. At its peak and perfect for current enjoyment (rack of lamb), this new blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 5% Carignan and 5% Mourvedre and has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 18502
