Bright medium straw colour. Attractive, gently grassy, ripe, lemon-apple yougurt nose with some leesy lifted mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely textured, ripe, bright, lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, minerally, harmonious, fairly high acid, grapefruit-tinged finish. It has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Showing well and quite ready-to-drink. CSPC 927186
