| NEW in Vintages. Medium red colour with a somewhat lightish, very slightly spicy, fresh, Damson plum nose accompanied by some gentle cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, bright plum fruit along with youthful, crancherry flavours followed by a lingering, fairly high acid, harmonious finish. Needs some time to evolve. It has 13% alcohol and according to the LCBO 4 g/L residual sugar along with 5.9 g/L total acidity. It sells for $56.95 on the Tawse website. |

The Pinot Noir is sourced from Robyn's Block (planted in 2002 and 2005) and David's Block (planted in 2005). It offers cherry, wood spice, earth, and dried herbal notes and will drink through 2032+. |
