Very effervescent bright medium straw colour. Bright, fresh, ripe, wintermelon-lemon-red-apple nose with some minerally notes. Dry, medium bodied, bright, fresh, gently citrusy flavours with some tasty, crisp, crancherry notes on the effervescent finish. Well balanced, nicely textured and ready-to-drink the 100% Pinot Noir has 11% alcohol, 7 g/L residual sugar and a hefty 8.7 g/L total acidity with lot number 15-06-24 on the lower part of ther glass bottle. Disgorged on June 15, 2024, this wine will be dramatically different (better today) than what was tasted by the Decanter team back on Aug. 4, 2024. CSPC 48056
