LE CLOU HAUTES-CÔTES DE BEAUNE 2022 AOP
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer DOMAINE BOURGOGNE-DEVAUX
A great review by John Szabo that was just sent to me:generous and juicy Hautes-Côtes here, succulent and well-shaped, with lovely balance and freshness considering the warm vintage, a great year for these higher, cooler elevation areas of the Côte d'Or. I love the fresh raspberry and cherry flavours, the subtle, integrated wood, the grainy-firm tannins providing some grip and the lingering finish. A fine example, best from about 2026-2030 - the solid stuffing could use some more time to evolve in bottle. It has 13% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L48HCB22 on the back label. CSPC 46111

Drink this structured, lively wine in 2026 or decant and enjoy tonight. It will evolve through 2030+.
