| Deep intense purple colour. Attractive, intense, ripe, plum-cranberry-cassis nose with lots of cedary notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, quite firm, slightly spicy, cedary, ripe, plum-crancherry-cassis flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, gently cedary finish. Still youthful, it needs a large tasting glass. This blend of 92% Tempranillo, 4% Mazuelo and 4% Garnacha was aged in oak for 22 months followed by at least 22 months in bottle. It comes with a new modern white label and has 13.5% alcohol, under 2 g/L residual sugar and 5.1 g/L total acidity with lot number L017025/260400 on the back label. |

| TASTING NOTE: Elegant and nuanced, with intense smokiness and a spicy lining underpinning the fleshy black fruit. Cardamom, nutmeg, thyme and dried sage hover over the plum, cherry and blackberry fruit that rests on a bed of tobacco, petrichor and dried forest leaves. Drinking window: 2025-2031. Score - 92 (Ines Salpico, decanter.com, March 6, 2025) |
