| This new 2022 100% Xinomavro from Naoussa has a medium-deep garnet red colour and a gently floral, rose petal nose with some Damson plum fruit and a touch of sandalwood. Very dry, medium bodied, gently complex, plum-crancherry-strawberry flavours with a lingering, bright, minerally, gently savoury finish. Showing well now, it has some shades of Nebbiolo and would be perfect with lamb. Aged in French oak (no new) for 12 months, it has 12.6% alcohol and 1.1 g/L residual sugar with lot number L25189 on the capsule. |

This 100% Xinomavro has silky but firm tannins and offers aromas and flavours of ripe red berry, cherry, plum, and sun-dried tomato, with beautifully integrated black olive, gentle oak spice and black pepper. Foodfriendly and appealing, it's a classic match for lamb and will be great with a roast beef dinner. |
