| This unusual blend of co-fermented 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay has a lightish purple-red colour. There is plenty of violet-tinge, very faintly dusty, bright, raspberry fruit on the nose with some sandalwood-beet-root notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, very faintly herbal, dried red cherry flavours with some lively, attractive, freh, ripe raspberry notes on the lingering, slightly chalky finish. Reminiscent of a nouveau style, it is versatile and ready-to-drink with 12.5% alcohol,1.6 g/L residual sugar and 6.3 g/L total acidity with lot number L2024-08-20 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. |

| TASTING NOTE: Unite is a blend of 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay co-fermented over several days with plenty of hand-plunging to coax out the most flavour of the two varieties. The wine then spent eight months in neutral French oak. Pair with a seared fillet of salmon with herbs de Provence. |
