TASTING NOTE: Unusually for Riesling, this was vinified and aged in barrel. The wine underwent full malolactic conversion (a process more typical of buttery Chardonnay) and is fermented until bone-dry. The result is an unconventionally rich, full Riesling with more mellow, rather than piercing, acidity. Calls for a whole roasted chicken stuffed with citrus and herbs. Price $ 24.95
Bottle Size 750 mL
