| Forward light gold colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, toasty, faintly leesy, ripe, lemon-apple nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium-plus bodied, very slightly spicy, faintly leesy, minerally, firm, red-apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, effervescent finish. Rather firm in style, this bottle was disgorged on 14/02/2023 and was not the batch judged Decanter. 2023 Arwards. It has 15% malolactic and 12.5% alcohol with 7 g/L residual sugar and lot number LB98343P on the back label. |
