| This tasty, ultra-convenient, half-bottle of 2020 methode traditionelle Riesling is the highest scoring SPARK LRR release to date with an astonishing 33 months of in-bottle lees aging. Light straw colour with streams of tiny bubbles. Intense, gently spicy, bright, ripe, apple-melon-lemon nose with some faint buttery brioche notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely structured, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh, citrusy, apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp, harmonious finish. This delicious crowd-pleasing 100% Riesling is elegant and ready-to-drink with 12% alcohol and a terrific 11 g/L total acidity with lot number 31/08/23 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Not to be missed. |

| TASTING NOTE: This is a riesling sparkler from an excellent cool climate site in Twenty Mile Bench. The nose is very lifted as expected from riesling with almost tropical pineapple, honey, light toast and petrol. Quite compelling.
