| This very tasty, versatile, well-priced blend of 80% Clairette and 20% Roussanne has a bright medium straw colour. The nose has slightly spicy, ripe, lemon-melon aromas with some minerally, apricot-tinged, very faintly leesy notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite smooth, harmonious, ripe, melon-apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, fresh finish. Drinking nicely now, it has 13.5% alcohol and 1.4 g/L residual sugar. NEW in Vintages - move quickly as only 20 cases are available. |
