| I did a quick LCBO store #149 enomatic tasting bar assessment of this release. It has a medium-plus straw colour and a fairly intense somewhat spicy, minerally nose with a dry bright, minerally, somewhat austere, lemon-apple flavours and a very crisp, somewhat rustic, fairly high acid, unoaked finish. Great with oysters, it has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L2 on the back label. |
