BLANCS CAILLOUX PETIT CHABLIS 2023 AOC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer PASCAL BOUCHARD
Bright medium straw colour. Fairly intense, gently complex, expansive, minerally, ripe lemon-citrus nose with some faint hints of toast. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, quince-tinged, lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, somewhat chalky, faintly lees, iodine-tinged finish. Great with seafood and especially oysters, this 100% Chardonnay has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Unoaked, it spent 6 months on its lees and seems quite ready-to-drink. NEW in Vintages.
