GIVRY BLANC 2020 AC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer DOMAINE VOARICK
Finding a premium white Givry from Burgundy’s Cote Chalonais in the Vintages Catalogue is very rare (only one in five bottles is white) and this is only the second (and best) to appear in over 20 years. Bright medium-light yellow colour. Intense, very slightly spicy, minerally, ripe, wintermelon, white peach and lemon on the nose with some very gently toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely textured, still evolving, yellow grapefruit, peach, apricot fruit with a lingering, still fairly grippy, lingering finish. Great with oysters, lobster bisque, roast chicken and risotto, Intense, feel that the best is yet mto come. It has 13% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L20204 on the upper part of the glass bottle. CSPC 43747
