| Finding a premium white Givry from Burgundy’s Cote Chalonais in the Vintages Catalogue is very rare (only one in five bottles is white) and this is only the second (and best) to appear in over 20 years. Bright medium-light yellow colour. Intense, very slightly spicy, minerally, ripe, wintermelon, white peach and lemon on the nose with some very gently toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely textured, still evolving, yellow grapefruit, peach, apricot fruit with a lingering, still fairly grippy, lingering finish. Great with oysters, lobster bisque, roast chicken and risotto, Intense, feel that the best is yet mto come. It has 13% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L20204 on the upper part of the glass bottle. |

| TASTING NOTE: This family estate is a shining star in Burgundy's Côte Chalonnaise. Sourced from 40-year-old vines grown in limestone, marl and clay, this elegant wine is vinified in oak barrels and offers lively citrus, floral, buttery brioche and mineral character. Sip with raw oysters, veggie risotto, or cod in a lemon-and-caper sauce. |
