LABRUSCA LINI 910 LAMBRUSCO ROSSO SECCO DOP Reggiano, Italy, sustainable
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LINI 910
Extremely deep dark intense violet-purple colour. Intense, slightly sweetish, spicy, very ripe, plummy-crancherry, Sultana raisin nose. Just off dry, medium bodied, well structured, spicy, bright, tangy, plummy-black-cherry-red-currant flavours with a lingering, fizzy, dryish, surprisingly crisp finish. Serve well chilled. This tasty off-best blend of 85% Lambrusco Salamino and 15% Ancelotta has 11% alcohol and now under 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number L085/2025 on the back label. Perfect slightly chilled with lamb burgers and Parmesan Reggiano cheese. CSPC 632208
