| NEW in Vintages. This 100% Arinto has a very pale straw colour. Youthful, very slightly spicy, minerally, faintly leesy, lemon-apple nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, crisp, minerally, lightish, lemon-apple-melon flavours with some crisp, refreshing, ready-to-drink finish. It has 12.5% alcohol and according to the LCBO 7 g/L residual sugar which in terms of taste may be an overstatement. Best with seafood, sushi and/or vegetarian dishes. |
